Together, we’ll set nine meaningful intentions, each woven into nine rounds of Sun Salutations, creating a powerful rhythm of breath, movement, and presence.

The practice is inspired by the sacred significance of the number 108, which in yoga symbolizes wholeness, spiritual connection, and the interconnectedness of life. Each round becomes a moving prayer, an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and welcome what you’re ready to embody.
