The Kids Yoga Series

Marwa is diverse, active, and calm. She also loves anything that makes her laugh, which is why she teaches and practices yoga with joy. This makes her known to be a caring teacher. When Marwa is not practicing yoga, she is kitesurfing, drumming, or reading. She believes that yoga is the art of practicing stillness of the mind through movement. It’s a practice of patience and self-discovery, a time when body and mind are connected.
