The sea of sound Ron generates with the gongs, bells, drums and voice, has the power to dissolve old patterns, letting you meet your dreams,
discover deeper levels of being, and release the energy to envision a new version of who you can become. This experience is an invitation to come home, to enter a safe space of self connection and transformation.

The session begins with an contemplation of what moves you, what is alive in you that wants to be known. What questions are you carrying. This is followed by an invocation, the setting of an intention or an asking for guidance. Then begins a 1-hour sound bath that triggers a deep relaxation allowing the natural healing processes of your body/mind to align and synchronise with the harmonising energies in then field which is our natural and cosmic home. Three words describe this process – Dissolve, Resolve, Evolve.

The session ends with a circle in which individual experiences are shared and processed
creating personal and collective inspiration, integration., and embodiment.
