Our Rivers of Healing Retreat is a gentle journey to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and let go of what no longer serves you. Set against Nubia’s peaceful landscapes and flowing waters, it’s a space to rest, recharge, and renew.
Slow Mindful Yoga and Meditation:
Gentle, meditative practice to awaken body, mind, breath and spirit. Practice focusing on conscious mind to cultivate inner peace, clarity and connection with yourself, others and nature.
Family Constellation sessions:
Explore family dynamics, patterns and relationships through a guided therapeutic approach. This practice focuses on unconscious mind to shine spotlight on programming, patterns and conditioning
from family and ancestors.
Meet Your Teachers
jean fletcher
Jean ’s Wellness journey began at 50 years old. With a passion and hunger for all things wellness. Known for her Slow, Mindful Classes that are beautifully unique. Beginning each class with a wellness, themed discussion, guiding you through a slow yoga flow and ending in a long, grounding meditation, her classes are a hit for all ages and levels of yoga.
