Step into a retreat designed to balance both your strength and your softness, blending the dynamic energy of Pilates with the deep release of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Led by two teachers from different worlds—one cultivating core strength and vitality, the other guiding you into profound stillness and inner harmony
Through energizing MATwork Pilates, you’ll build strength and stability, feeling grounded in your physical form. Then, through Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra, you’ll soften into surrender; releasing tension, restoring calm, and creating space for deeper awareness.
This balance of movement and stillness helps restore harmony to your energy, quiet the mind, and open the door to inner clarity. It is a journey back to your center; a place of peace, presence, and alignment with your true self.

Meet Your Teachers
Amira Mundinger
Amira Mundinger is a powerhouse on the mat, certified in Strength & Conditioning and STOTT PILATES® Level 1 & 2. Her MATwork sessions are high-energy and core-focused, blending Pilates precision with functional strength. Expect a full-body burn, feel-good vibes, and that signature post-session glow. Amira’s mission? To make movement addictive, empowering, and something you actually look forward to.

Nadine Reda
Nadine is a Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra teacher who guides individuals into deep stillness and profound relaxation. With a deep understanding of the mind-body-breath connection, she seamlessly weaves breathwork, meditation, and restorative practices to create transformative experiences

ITINERARY
DAY 1 – October 9th
- Check in
- Opening Circle: light-hearted connection practices that help us feel at ease, with ourselves, then with one another, and finally as a group.
- Lunch
- Free beach time
- Golden Hour Mat Work Pilates
- Stargazing and Bedouin Dinner
- Unwinding Yin & Nidra: After a day of grounding and connection, we soften into stillness with Yin Yoga, opening the body and releasing tension held from
travel and transition.
DAY 2 – OCTOBER 10th
- Mat Work Pilates: We begin with energizing breathwork to awaken body and mind, followed by Matwork Pilates to
build strength, stability, and activate your core power. - Breakfast
- Head to the boat, to start our boat trip to dolphin house 50% Chance of seeing dolphins
- Two snorkeling stops in the top snorkeling spots in Marsa Allam
- Lunch
- Mind & Body Balancing meditation & Breathwork: As we sail away, we’ll pause for a guided mindfulness practice, an introduction to living fully in the present moment.
- Unwinding Yin & Nidra: Following a day of discovery, we return inward with Yin Yoga, soothing the body and rebalancing energy.
- Dinner
Day 3 – October 11th
- Morning Breathwork: The morning begins with energizing breathwork, awakening the senses and setting a fresh tone for the day ahead.
- Breakfast
- Head to Honkorab and Sharm Ellouli beach to spend the day: soak in the natural beauty of sun, sand, and sea, with an invigorating Pilates session right by the water, a joyful celebration of movement and connection to nature.
- Unwinding Yin & Nidra: To close our final evening, we journey into our deepest Yoga Nidra experience yet. This extended practice invites deep integration of everything experienced throughout the retreat, leaving you feeling grounded and completely renewed.

- Closing Ceremony : We gather one last time to honor our journey
Day 4 – OCTOBER 12TH
- Breakfast
- Free time
- Time to check out and let the magic of
the retreat live on.
