Description:
This program is designed to help you build a strong, balanced, and mindful yoga practice in a gentle and progressive way.
Over 8 guided sessions, you will be introduced to the basic yoga poses while developing flexibility, strength, mobility, and body awareness. Each class will focus on a different area of the body, supporting joint health, ,functional movement and combining mindful movement and breathing.
Cancellation Policy
• Single classes booked within the program are non-refundable, and missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or credited toward other classes.
• You can cancel a WALK IN PASS up to 30 mins before the class starts. The class credit will be added to your In2 account for future use.
• Cancellations made less than 30 mins before class will be deducted from your class balance.
