Description
The Inner Journey Labyrinth is a powerful, effective, and simple practice. It is not dependent on any physical/architectural structure. This labyrinth is a practice rather than a place. This 2 hour workshop is an invitation to connecting with our Dreams, Needs.
We begin by meditating on the questions we are carrying in this moment. Through Automatic Spirit Writing, we then come to recognize, define, and articulate our questions. The gong, singing bowl, voice and percussions bath which follows invites us to give ourselves to our own Inner Labyrinth where we can let the answers find us.
The workshop has a holistic approach in the sense of exploring and mobilizing the whole of who we are – body, heart, mind and soul.
