First, we open our heart with the Cacao, then we experience the magic of the 108 Sun Salutations, an ancient practice that is performed the night of the full moon & finally we connect it all together with the sound healing.9:00 PM - Arrival & Friendships.

10:00 PM – 108 Sun Salutations.
11:30 PM – Sound Healing.
12:30 PM – Closing Circle
