Trade the rush of everyday life for sun-soaked shores, ocean air, and movement that makes you feel fully alive. Peach on the Beach is a playful yet grounding retreat in Thailand designed to reconnect you with your body, your energy, and your sense of adventure.

Led by SO-LEAN, this retreat blends Pilates, dynamic movement sessions, and mindful moments by the sea to help you strengthen, stretch, and reset. Expect mornings that begin with energizing movement overlooking the ocean, afternoons spent exploring or relaxing under the tropical sun, and evenings that wind down with connection, laughter, and nourishing presence.

Meet Your Teacher

so-lean

With a love for Pilates that began in 2000, she discovered early on the powerful connection between mindful movement, strength, and overall well-being.  After earning her New York Stott Pilates certification, she deepened her understanding of body mechanics, alignment, and intelligent movement.

With more than a decade of balancing teaching with a corporate career, she made the bold decision in 2023 to leave the corporate world behind and fully dedicate herself to SO-LEAN, her vision for a movement space that empowers people to feel strong, capable, and aligned in both body and mind.

ITINERARY

Day 1 – June 13th

  • Arrival in Bangkok & airport transfer
  • Hotel check-in
  • Gentle arrival stretch / mobility
  • Opening circle

  • China town stroll

Day 2 – june 14th

  • Morning Pilates Flow (energizing, grounding)
  • Breakfast
  • Late morning–afternoon:
    Cultural exploration (Grand Palace Temple)
    lunch/snack + stroll
    Sunset at Wat Arun Temple
  • Watch a Muay Thai fight in Rajadamern (Optional)
  • Dinner

Day 3 – june 15th

• Morning Pilates
• Breakfast
• Head to Bangkok airport
• Arrive at Koh Samui airport
• Check in our stay in Koh Samui – Chaweng
• Elephant Sanctuary (Optional)
• Night Practice
• Dinner

Day 4 – june 16th

• Morning Pilates
• Breakfast
• Hop on our boat trip Ang Thong Marine Park day,
where we can snorkel, kayak and hike to stunning
view points
• Dinner

Day 5 – june 17th

• Morning Class
• Breakfast
• Check out of our home in Koh Samui
• Catch the ferry to Koh Phangan
• Check in our home
• Relax by the beach
• Sunset session and cacao ceremony

Day 6 – june 18th

• Morning Class
• Breakfast
• Hop on our Ziplining adventure
• Dinner
• Head back to our stay
• Night out

Day 7 – june 19th


• Breakfast
• Hop on our boat to Koh Samui
• Hugs and goodbyes
• Catch our flight from Koh Samui
• Airport
