This program will be designed to enhance both flexibility and strength through yoga. Participants will practice 2 times per week, with each session starts with cultivating breathing techniques and then alternating between flexibility-focused flows and strength-building practices. It will aim to improve muscle tone, joint mobility, and overall resilience.
