Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle, yet deeply restorative practice.
We hold poses for longer (usually 3 to 5 minutes) to open and release tension from the body’s connective tissues: joints, ligaments, and fascia.

Yin invites us to soften, breathe, and surrender. It’s a meditative space to create deep opening, stillness, and presence

When paired with sound healing, the experience becomes even more profound. The vibrational frequencies of Tibetan and crystal bowls help the body relax on a cellular level, supporting emotional release and energetic balance
