ITINERARY

DAY 01 – Thursday, November 21st

• Arrive in Colombo, Drive to Ella by private van.
• Arrive to Ella by night
• Welcome circle; personal intention setting, introduction
to intuitive flow, grounding and breathwork.
• Dinner

DAY 02 – Friday, November 22nd

• Breath-centered vinyasa
• Breakfast
• Easy hike to the breathtaking eagle rock view point
• Visit Nine Arch bridge
• Kuda Ravana Waterfall
• Back to the hotel
• Free Movement Lab class: Open-floor exploration,
focusing on ease sensation, and personal expression.
•Dinner

DAY 03 – Saturday, November 23rd

• Morning grounding flow
• Breakfast
• Scenic ride to Nuwara Elyia
• Damro Labookellie Tea Factory
• Ramboda Waterfall
• Quick stroll around colonial architecture
• Return to Ella with a bus

DAY 04 – Sunday, November 24th

• Morning Dynamic Flow
• Breakfast
• Travel from Ella to Ahangama
• Checkin (3-4 hrs)
• Beach time
• Bicycle and discover scenic rice paddies, lakes, and
local wildlife along the backroads of Ahangama
• Stroll through the cool beach town of Ahangama
• Dinner

DAY 05 – Monday, November 25th

• Heat-building vinyasa
• Breakfast
• 1st Surfing class
• Free beach time
• 2nf Surfing class
• Optional to skip surfing and go to Galle town (1 hr away)
• Back to hotel
• Sunset beach walk
• Dinner

DAY 06 – Tuesday, November 26th

• Morning Slow Flow
• Breakfast
• Head to Yala National Park at 9:00 AM (2 hr ride)
• Back to hotel by 6:00 PM
• Journaling Circle
• Explore the markets around Ahangama
• Dinner

DAY 07 – Wednesday, November 27th

• Align with Nature’s Rhythm: Morning Yoga
• Breakfast
• 3rd and last surf lesson
• Free beach time
• Sauna and Ice bath (optional)
• Sunset yoga and Celebration circle
• Dinner
